I enjoy teaching reading at Lakeview School!

We use many kid friendly easy readers! These usually have a repetitive pattern that make reading easy and fun for our youngest readers!

Our K - 2 students learn phonograms or chunks of words that help them read many words!!!!

Sight words are also an important part of reading! These words help with fluency, and so that our students don't have to problem solve so many words!
